"Very central location, if you want to have a very quite room ask for the rooms at ground/1 floor . These do not have the windows but for my only one night stay was perfect to rest after 3 days boot tours. The reception assistance was excellent, the nice lovely lady help me with everything, sorry i don't remember her name and sorry I could not tip her and also the boy how help me with the luggage's and fight for me with the taxi driver who stop pretty far away, just because i finish all cash, they deserve a tip and i feel sorry could not give to them."

"Perfect hotel with great, English-speaking staff. The hotel is a beautiful old colonial building with all the modern facilities you need for a pleasant stay. There is even a swimming pool! The staff is very willing to help and was there for us when we accidentally took the key to our rental car. They took care of it for us. The rooms are spacious and decorated in colonial style. We had a lovely balcony that allowed us to watch the nightlife every evening. And the breakfast was great."

'The hotel is very nice, with the charm of the mansions of Cartagena. It is very close to the clock tower and the Bodeguita pier. Breakfast is ok, you can order eggs to order, waffles, pancakes. The rooms are very clean with a large TV that gives access to Youtube and Netflix and the bathrooms look modern and well maintained. The pool on the terrace is small but nice to cool off."
